Formation of Accounting Supervision Committee
: (1) To strengthen the internal control system in the cooperative organization, the General Assembly shall constitute an Accounting Supervision Committee by election, consisting of one coordinator and two members who have qualified as specified.
(2) More than one person of the same family cannot be nominated and elected as a director or coordinator or member of the accounting supervision committee of the same cooperative organization in the same period.
